Expert coaching from IFBB Bikini Pro Adrienne Ochoa. My focus is to break the norm and typical training approach most individuals take and offer a new way to take your strength to new levels and exceed your fitness goals. With training background from Bret Contreras I aim to spread the knowledge and skills I use in my own training and help you increase your own mindset and skill.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
You will learn how to gain strength, an intro to the proper technique in building glutes, how to design your own program and more that I’ve learned from my own experience. This session will be educational and include practical use to take and add to your own regimen with hands on learning on how to perform some of the best glute exercises.
